At SHEIKE, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 21 days of your order date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
